Fibre Opening / Fibre Blending


MST is able to offer an optimal machine solution for the opening of natural and synthetic fibres. Our Detwisting Machines Type ZPM serve for opening twisted natural fibres (e.g. coir, palm fibres, horsehair, pork bristles). All MST-opening machines can be integrated into existing production lines or can be equipped with their own machine control systems.



Our Bale Openers Type BOE are suited for the fibre-protecting opening of hard pressed fibre bales (coir, hemp, excelsior, polypropylene etc.). Opening degree and output are adjustable
according to the requirements. Optionally our Bale Openers can be equipped with a stone separation, metal detector as well as scale container.




Bale Openers Type RBO are used for the fibre-protecting opening of any kind of straw bales (wheat-, barley-, rye-, rice-, flax straw etc.). It can be processed square bales as well as round bales. The material supply is done automatically by a feed table. Of course our Bale Openers can be adapted to the respective customer demands and wishes.



MST-Fibre Blending Systems Type FMS offer an optimal solution for every mixing job. Vertically arranged box feeders are loaded at the same time with fibres and are emptied by transport rollers. In the mixing chamber the fibres are continuously mixed in the desired relation to each other. A machine control system regulates the flawless mixing process.
