MST-MASCHINENBAU GmbH looks back at more than thirty years of successful history. From the first hour we have always given the quality of our performances top priority. Due to the constant growth and know-how we are always on the move and have never stood still.
In consequence of the close work in the group of our companies, we are able to provide an answer to all wishes and requirements of our customers. Long-standing experience and extensive knowledge of our employees provide for the highest quality, especially with the processing of natural fibres. We work constantly on the improvement of the material resources (machines, infrastructure) and the continuing education of our employees.

The most important success-factor for our position in the market are, nevertheless, our customers. They give us the trust, as they invest in our machines and systems and show with this fact that we offer them the optimum solution for their production assignment. In more than 50 countries of the world MST-machines are in use today.

 

Technical Service


Field Service
A high level of machine availability is the basis for efficiency and economic efficiency of your production. This means that mistakes, errors and machine defects must be identified and
cleared as quickly as possible. In many cases our specialists can help fast and free of charge by telephone. Should it be found that they are unable to troubleshoot the problem, they will arrange for the dispatch of a field service technician. In addition, our highly qualified and experienced field service technicians are available to attend to other tasks such as planned or unforeseen maintenance and repair and/or to provide expert advice on the spot, as required.

If the part number is known and the required part available ex stock, we will arrange delivery via express service. However, MST-Parts Service has a lot more to offer than just parts via express shipment. They configure parts packages that are matched to your specific machine and requirements - develop retrofit solutions as a replacement for obsolete parts or modules - or provide help and assistance with even the most difficult import and customs clearance situations. On top of that they are able to help you if parts are needed for very old MST-machines, for which the appropriate spare parts documents or records may no longer be available from the customer's.

Preventive Maintenance
MST-Service offers inspection contracts for preventive maintenance, which is the basis for a high level of availability for your production machines. These contracts are also available in an extended version, i.e. customised umbrella agreements which are tailor-made to the individual demands. In addition to the standard inspection contract, training courses, spare parts packages and other services can be included.

Upgrades
If the actual condition of your machine deviates from the standard required, a major overhaul is often the only way to reach these standards. MST-MASCHINENBAU has to its disposal a huge number of self developed solutions which improve and raise the efficiency of your machine and also allow the production of new products.
